La Limonaia is an exquisitely furnished, fully equipped two-room residence, with a view of Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli’s dome and the neighbouring vineyards, plus a small lawn of its own and an independent entrance.·

La Limonaia is situated 10 meters from the main Fornace’s building and it consists of a master bedroom, along with a large, elegant living room/kitchen that comes with a roomy sofa bed for two (2 single beds) and a cosy fireplace, as well as a thoroughly modern bathroom and shower.

La Limonaia offers every possible comfort: air-conditioning, television, wi-fi, telephone, safe, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking surface with oven etc..

A wonderful opportunity for an entire family, or a couple, or a pair of friends, to take in the beauty of the Umbria region’s countryside, all in an atmosphere of undiluted relaxation, peace and quiet, and... comfort.
