The apartments, studios and double-rooms available to our guests offer every modern comfort, without detracting from the charm, still alive and intact, of these places.
Every apartment is provided with a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchenette, whereas every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower.
The two ground-floor studios ensure a pleasant stay and let the guests enjoy immediate access to a small green courtyard.
All our solutions are equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, fridge, dishwasher*, phone, TV set, Wi-Fi and a safebox to make you feel completely independent and at ease.
Guests can also use, upon payment, a laundromat and ironing services.

Appartments
I Papaveri
I Papaveri is a 55 sq. meter apartment.
It consists of two large bedrooms (with double or, if requested, twin beds) each with its own bathroom, a spacious living room with single sofa bed (accommodating, therefore, up to 5 guests*) and kitchenette.
Like all other apartments, it comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchen appliances, safebox, TV set, phone, Wi-Fi, air conditioner and autonomous heater.

Le Ciliegie
Le Ciliegie is a 55 sq. meter apartment.
It consists of two large bedrooms (with double or, if requested, twin beds) each with its own bathroom, a spacious living room with single sofa bed (accommodating, therefore, up to 5 guests*) and kitchenette.
Like all other apartments, it comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchen appliances, safebox, TV set, phone, Wi-Fi, air conditioner and autonomous heater.
Le Ciliegie can also be rented with a single bedroom, a living room and a bathroom.

Le Pannocchie
Le Pannocchie is a 55 sq. meter apartment, consisting of a double room, large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, two bathrooms, kitchenette, fireplace. Le Pannocchie can accomodate a total of 4 people (*).
Le Pannocchie can be divided in two different accomodations through a sliding door: one accomodation consists of one bedroom with private bathroom; the other separated accomodation consists of a studio with double sofa bed in the living room, private bathroom and kitchenette.
Moreover, the apartement le Pannocchie can be connected, upon request, to one or two double rooms with bathroom located on the same floor.
Like all other apartments, it comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchen appliances, safebox, TV set, phone, Wi-Fi, air conditioner and autonomous heater.
It also has access to a small private porch with a sun umbrella, table and chairs, where guests can have their breakfast.

Le Paperette
Le Paperette is a more compact apartment (40 sq. m), with a gracious “belvedere” on top of the staircase, which overlooks the greenery below and the swimming pool of La Fornace.
It consists of a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette, a bedroom (with a double bed or, if requested, twin beds) with a bathroom (accommodating, therefore, up to three guests*).
Le Paperette comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchen appliances, safebox, TV set, phone, Wi-Fi, autonomous heating and air conditioning.

La Quercetta
La Quercetta is a studio (21 sq. m) similar to La Quercia (although smaller): La Quercetta also enjoys access to a green lawn, equipped with a table, chairs and small sun umbrella.
It contains a double bed (or two twin beds upon request*), bathroom (**), kitchenette (no dishwasher) and comes with a fridge, kitchen appliances, safebox, TV set, Wi-Fi, phone and autonomous heating.

La Quercia
La Quercia is a studio equipped with a double bed, a single sofa bed (thus accommodating up to three people*), fireplace, kitchenette and bathroom (**).
It is located at ground-floor level (30 sq. m) and enjoys access to a green lawn, equipped with a table, chairs and small sun umbrella.
As any other apartment, La Quercia comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchen appliances, safebox, TV set, phone, Wi-Fi, autonomous heating and air conditioning.

Le Rane
Le Rane is a spacious and comfortable bedroom (double bed or twin beds upon request*), large bathroom, autonomous heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, phone, TV set and minibar. Independent access.
From Le Rane guests can enjoy the view of green fields below and the picturesque creek that flows through La Fornace.

I Gerani
I Gerani is a spacious and comfortable bedroom (double bed or twin beds upon request*) and a large bathroom.
Guests can enjoy, from its windows the view of the surrounding fields and the Umbrian sunset.
The room has independent access and is equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, TV set, phone, Wi-Fi and minibar.
